Zucchini, tomatoes and sage accompany the pasta in this complete and vitaminized recipe ideal for your summer meals.
For 2 people
- 300 g of tortis
- 1 onion
- 2 zucchini
- 5 tablespoons tomato sauce
- some sage leaves
- salt pepper
- olive oil
Peel and finely slice the onion. Melt it in a pan with a little oil.
Cut the zucchini into cubes and add them to the onions. Season. Cook for about fifteen minutes, until zucchini is tender.
Meanwhile, cook pasta al dente.
Add the tomato sauce and sage leaves chopped with zucchini. Mix well and pour over the drained pasta.
